1. How can I ensure the part will be compatible with my excavator?
Please provide the correct model number, machine serial number, or any part numbers found on the components.
Alternatively, you can measure the part and provide us with the dimensions or a drawing.
2. What materials are used in your hydraulic cylinders?
We use No.40 manganese steel for the rod material, which offers improved bending resistance. The tube is made from No.25 manganese steel for enhanced wear resistance.
For the cylinder head and rod head, we use high-strength hardened steel, making them more durable.
We also use premium seal kits to minimize hydraulic oil leakage.
3. What is the delivery time for an order?
For commonly used excavator hydraulic cylinders, we usually have them in stock and can ship within 7 days.
For smaller orders (less than one container), the production time is approximately 2 weeks. For orders of 1-2 containers, expect a lead time of 4-6 weeks.
During peak manufacturing seasons, production times may be longer, but we can provide an estimated timeline upon request.
4. What are the payment terms?
For orders below USD 3000, full payment is required at the time of the order. For orders above USD 3000, we require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the remaining 50% due before shipment. We also offer inspection services.
For customized orders, we request a 70% deposit and the remaining 30% before shipment.
5. How is shipping arranged?
If you have your own shipping agent, we are happy to work with them to arrange delivery.
If not, we have established relationships with reliable shipping companies and express couriers. For lighter items, we ship via UPS, DHL, or TNT (DAP terms), and for heavier goods, we use sea freight (FOB, CIF, CFR).
